A newly graduated student is like an unpolished crystal. They have lots of potentials and ambitions, but haven‘t reached the professional level yet. Thus, I am creating a space for them to learn and refine their skill as well as create a bigger and better social network with the industry. ‘s a space for them to prepare for the bigger challenges up ahead, so they can all shine in their each unique ways.

A movie is a fantasy of real life; it is an art of reflection and light. When night comes, the building casts a beautiful flare on the lake and in concert with the dramatic look of downtown Toronto. With the convenience of the center island airport across the lake, guest critics are more welcomed to fly in and out.

The first floor has two spacious shooting studios with additional editing space within. Students can also monitor the shooting process from the open to the below catwalk on second floor. Also, most of the editing and meetings will be done on the east side of the 2nd floor. A very beautiful restaurant is located on the 3rd floor that opens to both staff and visitors. On top of all is a movie theatre and a bar; students will use the theatre to showcase their new movies and short films. Viewers can either choose to sit in the movie seating, or enjoy a defused movie light on the big slopped window wall behind it with their company. Feedbacks will be given by the viewers and will help students to develop their potentials and better practice for their future projects. Everything is working for the idea of transitions, and everyone is a part of the polish process.
